"Colored", anyway, Underwood is monochrome so there's only so much to be done. A smooth talking reporter from the 1940s, who wound up in Arcadia and turned into a typewriter man. He doesn't have the same emotional detachment as most elementals, but no one understands his cultural references ever. Hiss phone is sentient.
Underwood is basically an excuse for his player to have fun with Noir-ish story elements in a modern day game, which makes him hilarious. He is very much fun. (And keeps meeting femme fatales -- who, being werewolves or demon-possessed, are usually heavy on the 'fatale' part)
